The Role

  • Providing partly administration support to a partner and leadership
  • Organisation and maintenance of the manager’s agenda
  • Maintaining diary
  • Preparing presentations
  • Communicating within PwC, with clients and various state authorities on daily basis
  • Closely cooperating within the team and across PwC
  • Preparing and managing reports
  • Arranging and organizing client meetings and business trips, conference calls, videoconferences
  • Taking care of bills, expenses, travel costs, timesheets

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 

  • Secondary/university education
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech and English language
  • At least 2 years experience in a Personal Assistant role
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of administration standards and business correspondence
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Initiative approach
  • Good time management, stress resistance and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
