The role consists of three elements: analytics with ability of synthesis and focus on detail; implementation with emphasis on client centricity and delivery on time; and creativity. Key component of the role is being part of the winning team to succeed in results excellence and top quality services towards clients. The role should actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals and search for process innovations according to the market trends.


Business Development & Marketing:

  •  Building relationships which leads to door opening
  •  Monitoring newly upcoming possibilities, searching for unique speakers for our events
  •  Supporting seminars and trainings
  •  Data interpretation from market monitoring
  •  Managing online activities including web (WordPress) and LinkedIn
  •  PR activities, communication with medias
  •  Preparing databases for a mailing etc.


  •  Understanding of client’s business, segment and competitors, identification of information source
  •  Market mapping, data analysis and conclusion
  •  Research on target companies, company/divisional structures, for the project relevant connections and contact details
  • (email, phone)
  •  Preparation of proposals, kick-offs, job descriptions or status reports
  •  Database management


  •  Coordinating meetings/calls with clients
  •  Providing feedbacks on ongoing basis during the process
  •  Information management and data maintenance


Education: University degree


  •  Independent personality with a high level of organization and responsibility

Technical skills:

  •  Advanced English
  •  MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
